The purpose of IL2 is:

To develop instructors to the next level

To advance instructors who have become inactive or are struggling

To teach how to connect instruction about firearm freedom (gun rights and their meaning to Liberty) in ways that benefit class dynamics and students

Assistance towards keeping instructing fun and enriching.  Too much grind can result in skids!
